COTHM Hosts Vibrant Cake Bazaar to Celebrate International Cake Day

COTHM celebrated International Cake Day with a lively and well-attended Cake Bazaar, highlighting the institution’s commitment to international standard culinary education. The event drew a large number of students, faculty, and industrial chefs, with Chefiality and Chocolate Academy joining as activity partners to support and elevate the celebration.

The Cake Bazaar was inaugurated by Founder, President, and CEO of COTHM, Ahmad Shafiq & CEO Chocolate Academy, Zainab Ahmad Shafiq, and industry expererts and  marking the official launch of the festivities. The bazaar showcased an impressive variety of cakes, featuring diverse flavors, creative designs, and advanced techniques. Students demonstrated exceptional skill, while industry chefs praised the professionalism and confidence that COTHM and the Chefs’ Association of Pakistan (CAP) continue to cultivate through their collaborative programs.

The strategic partnership between COTHM and CAP has become a guiding force for Pakistan’s culinary sector. Together, they are lighting new lamps of opportunity for the youth by providing global exposure, modern training environments, and pathways to success, proving that Pakistanis can excel at international standards.

Founder, President, and CEO Ahmad Shafiq addressed the students and chefs, highlighting the potential of young talent. He said that the youth are like a mine of hidden talent, and with skill and dedication, they have every chance to shine. He encouraged them to stand tall and let the world see who they are.

The celebration not only marked International Cake Day but also reaffirmed the mission of COTHM, CAP, and partners like Chefiality and Chocolate Academy to nurture the next generation of culinary professionals and strengthen Pakistan’s presence on the global culinary map.
