COTHM New Garden Town welcomed renowned educator & President & CEO of Lampro Mellon Sabahat Shafiq, who visited the campus for an extensive tour of its academic and practical training facilities. Founder/President, and CEO COTHM  Ahmad Shafiq, along with his team, received her and provided a detailed briefing on the institution’s educational approach.

During the visit, Sabahat Shafiq observed a live session at the Executive Dining Lounge, where students were being trained in professional eating and dining manners, a core component of COTHM’s international hospitality curriculum.

She also toured the hot kitchens, where Chef  Waseem ,Umar Farooq and students were engaged in hands-on culinary demonstrations.

The visit continued to the baking kitchen, where Chef Faiza briefed her on the structured international skill-building methods designed for baking and pastry arts.

The visit concluded with a group photo, followed by the presentation of a shield to Sabahat Shafiq as a token of appreciation, handed over by Founder/President and CEO Ahmad Shafiq.
