The Sindh chapter of the Chefs’ Association of Pakistan successfully organized its 4th General Meeting and PICC Participants Appreciation & Engagement Session at The Wok Hei, bringing together culinary professionals, participants, and industry stakeholders for an evening of recognition and engagement.
The session commenced with opening remarks by Chef Aisha Mushtaq, who warmly welcomed attendees and acknowledged key dignitaries, including Founder & President of the Chefs’ Association of Pakistan , Ahmad Shafiq; Chef Abdul Hadi; and Azhar Jameel. She then invited Chef Aamir to continue the proceedings.

In his address, Chef Aamir appreciated the active engagement of participants and highlighted the presence of both local and international attendees joining virtually from countries such as the United States and Australia. He shed light on upcoming initiatives and stressed the importance of continued participation to strengthen the association’s impact.

A key highlight of the evening was the audio-visual presentation featuring PICC highlights and a showcase of Karachi chapter winners, reflecting the talent and achievements within the culinary community.
Delivering the presidential address, Ahmad Shafiq emphasized the importance of professionalism, transparency, and merit-based evaluation in all competitions. He reaffirmed that all outcomes are strictly based on merit and commended the organizing team for their efforts in delivering a successful event.

Adding an international perspective, Chef Raees joined virtually and spoke on the significance of professional growth, certifications, and active participation in global culinary competitions.

The session also featured an appreciation segment, where participants were recognized with appreciation cards. Sponsored gifts were distributed with the support of leading brands including Andaz Cooking Oil, Shan, United King Bakery, and Tastique.


The event concluded with a networking session over high tea, offering attendees an opportunity to connect and exchange ideas in an informal setting.
