Students of the Culinary Batch GDICA-03 and the Hospitality Batch DHTML 5-01 from the College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) DHA campus visited Flatties Hotel Lahore for an insightful industrial exposure visit aimed at bridging classroom learning and real-world hospitality operations.
The visit offered students a comprehensive understanding of professional hotel functions, including kitchen operations, front-office management, housekeeping standards, and guest-service protocols. Students closely observed how teamwork, discipline, and operational efficiency come together to deliver high-quality hospitality experiences.

During the tour, learners explored professional kitchens where culinary teams demonstrated industry-standard practices, as well as elegantly maintained rooms and front desk operations that highlighted the importance of customer service and attention to detail in the hospitality sector.
Faculty members emphasized that such industrial visits play a vital role in shaping future hospitality professionals by providing practical exposure, enhancing confidence, and strengthening career readiness in a competitive global industry.
