The College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) Pakistan welcomed a distinguished delegation from Qarshi University for an educational visit focused on promoting academic collaboration and exchanging knowledge in the fields of wellness, nutrition, and food safety.
The visiting delegation included Ms. Anam, Dr. Abdur Rehman, and Ms. Ramsha Rasheed, who toured Wellness by Diet Studio and the Food Safety Lab at COTHM’s Garden Town Campus to gain firsthand insight into the institution’s innovative learning environment and internationally aligned training facilities.
The guests were warmly received by Dr. Zaryab and Dr. Tauheed, who introduced them to COTHM’s comprehensive approach to nutrition education, preventive healthcare, wellness promotion, and globally recognized food safety practices. The visit showcased the institution’s commitment to combining scientific knowledge with practical, industry-focused learning.

During their visit to the Food Safety Lab, the delegation observed modern food safety systems, hygiene protocols, quality assurance procedures, and practical training methodologies designed to prepare students and industry professionals for international standards in food production and hospitality operations.
At Wellness by Diet Studio, the visitors explored personalized nutrition services, healthy meal planning, wellness consultations, and preventive healthcare initiatives aimed at promoting healthier lifestyles and improving overall well-being. Discussions also highlighted the growing importance of nutrition education in supporting healthier communities and enhancing public health outcomes.
