Diet Studio Expands Online Nutrition Consultations Across COTHM Campuses

Diet Studio has expanded its consultation services by introducing professional online nutrition and wellness consultations for the COTHM community, making dietary guidance more accessible and convenient for faculty members, students and their families.

The online service allows individuals to access personalized nutrition guidance from the comfort of their homes. Consultations focus on areas including nutrition, wellness, healthy lifestyle choices and weight management, with guidance tailored according to individual needs, lifestyle patterns and personal goals.

Through these consultations, members of the COTHM community can receive professional support to better understand their nutritional needs and make informed choices in their daily lives. The initiative encourages a proactive approach to wellness while promoting sustainable lifestyle habits.

Diet Studio has a longstanding connection with COTHM’s Food, Nutrition & Safety Sciences portfolio, which includes nutrition consultancy alongside professional education and training in food and nutrition.

The consultations are provided by Dr. Zaryab Khalid and Dr. Zoha Zulfiqar, who offer personalized nutritional guidance to help individuals develop practical and sustainable approaches to their dietary and lifestyle goals.

By bringing consultation services online, Diet Studio is making professional nutrition support more convenient for the wider COTHM community across its campuses. The initiative complements COTHM’s broader focus on education, practical skills and wellbeing. COTHM currently operates a network of campuses across Pakistan and offers programmes related to food, nutrition and safety sciences.

With this initiative, Diet Studio continues to promote informed nutrition choices and accessible professional guidance, helping individuals take meaningful steps towards healthier and more balanced lifestyles.
