CAP nominates chefs for WICS Young Chefs Commission

Chefs Association of Pakistan (CAP) has nominated a team of chefs to represent Pakistan for the World Platform of Islamic Culinary Societies (WICS) Young Chefs Commission.

According to the details, CAP has announced the team of chefs who will represent Pakistan for WICS Young Chefs Commission in Uzbikstan.

CAP has nominated Chef Falak Gohar, Chef Jahanzaib Mahmood, Chef Alina Ghayas, Chef Amna Rizwan and Chef Muhammad Shahroze Babar to be a part of the WICS Young Chefs Commission.

Chef Falak Gohar is a Pakistani who is currently working at Chef d Partie, Ritz Carlton, KSA. Chef Jahanzaib Mahmood is a Culinary Trainer at COTHM Faisalabad. Chef Alina Ghayas is a Culinary Trainer at COTHM Multan. Chef Amna Rizwan is a Celebrity Chef and works at Online Bakery while Chef Muhammad Shahroze Babar Food Entrepreneur in Pakistan.

The Association of Cooks of Uzbekistan has created the Community of Young Chefs Commission of The World Platform of Islamic Countries Culinary Societies for which the chefs are being nominated from across the globe in order to create and promote a young community of chefs in all the member countries.

The purpose behind establishing this commission is to unite all the young cooks of Islamic countries under one organisation and create one big family.

The community of the WICS Young Chefs Commission will support the young chefs in revealing their talents and abilities and finding ways to realise their dreams.

It will also support the youth movements and create conditions for education and professional realization.
