The College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) and the Chefs Association of Pakistan (CAP) are all set to participate in the 2nd International Culinary Championship, Delicious Uzbekistan, taking Pakistan’s culinary talent to a global stage. With a strong international approach, both institutions are committed to providing students and chefs with the best opportunities for global exposure and professional development.

Leading the delegation is Mian Shahid Mehmood as Team Lead, with Muhammad Jahanzaib Babar as Mentor and Maida Ghayas Siddiqui serving as Rookie Judge. The participants include Muhammad Yahya, Aliya Nadeem, Hasan Raza, Wasim Sajjad, Noveen Roomi Butt, Mubbrrah Rana, and Asma Khurshid, specializing in the Red Meat & Fish category.

Highlighting their advanced skills, Wasim Sajjad, Noveen Roomi Butt, and Mubbrrah Rana will compete in the prestigious Black Box segment, where chefs must demonstrate creativity and precision under surprise conditions.
