The much-anticipated Pakistani Cuisine Week Celebration 2025 began with remarkable energy and culinary passion as COTHM, in collaboration with the Chefs Association of Pakistan (CAP), inaugurated the first day of festivities in Lahore. The event opened with a vibrant culinary competition titled “Pakistani Cuisine”, where an impressive number of students from across culinary institutes showcased their skills, creativity, and love for Pakistani flavours.

The opening day featured stunning displays representing the rich and diverse food culture of Pakistan — from the bold spices of Karachi to the traditional aromas of Punjab, the soulful dishes of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the unique heritage of Balochistan. Students prepared regional specialties, modern fusion dishes, and heritage recipes, turning the venue into a celebration of taste, technique, and tradition.

Organizers announced that the festivities will continue with equal enthusiasm on 17th, 18th, and 19th November, offering a series of live demonstrations, food showcases, and competitions designed to highlight Pakistan’s culinary excellence on a global scale.

The excitement is building toward the Grand Finale, scheduled to take place on November 20, 2025, at Alhamra Arts Council, Lahore, where top young chefs will compete for prestigious titles and awards in front of industry leaders and culinary experts.

Pakistani Cuisine Week aims to promote gastronomy tourism, empower young chefs, and celebrate the diversity and richness of Pakistani food culture—sending a strong message that Pakistan is ready to shine on the global culinary map.
