Mr. Kashif Zia, Senior Manager – Training, Development, and Industry Liaison at COTHM IATA Authorized Training Center, Lahore, paid an official visit to Air Sial Lahore, where he held a productive meeting with Mr. Syed Abdullah Masood Bukhari, Senior Regional Manager, Air Sial Lahore.

The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration between academia and the aviation industry to better prepare students for professional careers. Both sides discussed the organization of soft skills training programs aimed at enhancing students’ communication, customer service, and workplace readiness.

A key area of discussion was the exploration of student job placement opportunities, with an emphasis on creating structured pathways for COTHM graduates to enter the aviation sector. The dialogue highlighted the mutual interest in connecting skilled students with real-world employment prospects.
