Representing Pakistan’s vibrant food culture and the institution’s commitment to excellence, these young chefs are poised to engage with international participants, learn from global trends, and raise the flag of Pakistan in a prestigious global forum.

The team will be led by Food Safety and Nutrition Sciences Manager Sumayyia Shahadat and COTHM Director Operations Usaid Ahmed, who will accompany the delegation as group heads, providing guidance and support throughout the competition.

Speaking about the participation, Ahmad Shafiq, Founder/President & CEO of COTHM Pakistan & Dubai, stated: “It is a matter of great pride for us that our students from COTHM Karachi are participating in this global culinary challenge. These international platforms are crucial for young chefs to gain exposure, experience, and confidence. We wish our team the very best as they represent the spirit and talent of Pakistan.”
