COTHM Organizes “Train the Trainers” Session with Worldchefs Vice President Dr. Rick Stephen

The College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) successfully organized a specialized session titled “Train the Trainers”, aimed at equipping its faculty, trainers, and instructors with modern culinary and hospitality techniques.

The session was led by Dr. Rick Stephen, Vice President of Worldchefs Paris, who shared his vast international experience and introduced innovative teaching methodologies designed to uplift culinary education in Pakistan.

This landmark session was broadcast live across all COTHM campuses in Pakistan, enabling trainers and instructors from every campus to participate and benefit from the valuable insights shared by Dr. Rick Stephen. In addition, chefs from various eateries and hotels, an Iranian delegation, and Mel Nathan (Founder, Executive Chefs Club Australia & Publisher of Food Companion International Magazine) also joined the session, making it a truly inclusive professional development opportunity.

Through this initiative, COTHM reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening faculty development and ensuring its trainers remain aligned with global standards. The program is expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills of Pakistani instructors, ultimately benefiting thousands of aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals nationwide.
