CAP, with its strategic partnership with the College of Tourism and Hotel Management (COTHM) proudly held a grand ceremony to honor its delegation of 11 talented culinary students and 3 expert professionals departing for the Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2025. The event celebrated not only the participants’ exceptional skills but also their role in portraying a positive image of Pakistan to the world.
The delegation will be led by Mr. Fraaz Kasuri as Team Manager, with Chef Tippu Imran serving as Trainer, Mentor, and Instructor, and Mr. Mian Shahid overseeing all processes as the team’s Supervisor. This high-caliber team represents a blend of youthful talent and seasoned expertise, ready to leave an impressive mark on the international culinary scene.
Guests at the send-off ceremony, including industry professionals, academic leaders, and media representatives, expressed their admiration for the students’ dedication and COTHM’s relentless efforts to empower youth through hospitality education. They lauded the institution’s vision of using skill development as a powerful tool for cultural diplomacy.
