The College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) proudly participated as the Culinary Partner at Food Asia on September 13, 2025, held at the Expo Centre. The three-day mega event brought together Pakistan’s top culinary talent, food enthusiasts, and hospitality experts under one roof.
As the official culinary partner, COTHM played a pivotal role in organizing and leading the competitions, live cooking demonstrations, and food stalls that highlighted innovation and professional excellence in gastronomy. The team ensured seamless coordination throughout the event. At the same time, the prestigious jury panel, including Chef Waseem, Chef Jahnzaib, Chef Umar, Chef Tippu Imran, Chef Ahmad Nawaz, and Chef Abdul Basit, upheld international culinary standards in judging.
Founder, President & CEO of COTHM, Mr. Ahmad Shafiq, visited the venue and lauded the participants’ efforts, stating that “demonstrations are the core need for creating a positive impact in culinary education and training, as they equip young chefs with practical exposure to meet global standards.”
