The College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) successfully organized a specialized session with Executive Chef Mohammad Raees from the USA, aimed at inspiring students and equipping them with modern culinary and hospitality knowledge.

This session was broadcast live to all the COTHM campuses across Pakistan to upgrade the skills of students and trainers, led by a global expert with vast international experience. Chef Raees shared practical insights, innovative techniques, and global culinary trends, encouraging the next generation of chefs to align with international standards.
