Yasir Shami, a renowned Pakistani journalist, actor, host, writer, singer, and impersonator, visited the College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM). He was warmly received by COTHM COO Zaheer Ahmad, along with Waseem Butt, the First Muslim Legislative Leader in Germany, who is currently in Pakistan as a guest of COTHM.

On this occasion, Waseem Butt presented a flower bouquet to Yasir Shami as a gesture of warm welcome.

During the visit, Yasir Shami was given a detailed tour of the campus, where he was briefed about the institution’s state-of-the-art facilities and its contribution to the fields of hospitality, culinary arts, and tourism education.

Speaking on the occasion, Waseem Butt appreciated the efforts of COTHM in promoting professional education in Pakistan. He said that institutions like COTHM are not only uplifting the standards of the hospitality and tourism industry but are also preparing Pakistani youth to compete at the global level.
