COTHM IATA Authorized Training Center, Pakistan, successfully organized an industry-focused Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) workshop from 21st to 24th January 2026, at the Sabre GDS Office in Lahore, providing hands-on professional exposure to students of Travel, Tourism, Airline, and Aviation Management.

The workshop was coordinated and conducted by Mr. Kashif Zia, Senior Manager – Training, Development, and Industry Liaison, COTHM IATA Authorized Training Center, Lahore, to equip students with practical knowledge of global reservation systems and modern aviation operations.

The session was honored by the presence of Mr. Shiraz Shahid, Station Manager – Sabre Lahore, Pakistan, who delivered an inspiring and insightful address, highlighting current industry trends, technological advancements, and future career opportunities within the global aviation and travel sector.

Through live demonstrations, interactive discussions, and real-time system exposure, students gained valuable industry insight, strengthened their technical understanding, and experienced how global distribution platforms function in professional airline and travel environments.
