The visit brought the delegation face-to-face with key industry players, including in-depth engagements at the GSA offices of Azerbaijan Airlines and SalamAir. These interactions provided valuable insights into airline operations, customer service dynamics, and international aviation standards. The team also explored the business models and service frameworks of leading travel companies such as Mian’s Travel, Travel Lead, and Starlink Travels.
