Pakistan’s culinary industry is set to witness a historic week as Mel Nathan, Founder of the Executive Chefs Club (Australia) and Publisher & Editor of Food Companion International Magazine, arrives to lead a series of landmark events in Lahore.
The visit will open with the Judging Seminar Inauguration and specialized sessions at the Chocolate Academy, followed by a grand certification ceremony at PC Hotel. In the days ahead, Nathan will continue engaging in judging seminars, technical workshops, and professional certifications designed to raise standards in culinary education and practice.
A major highlight will be the Red Carpet Welcome at COTHM & Chocolate Academy, where Nathan will participate in exclusive sessions, media interviews, podcasts, and networking with leading figures of Pakistan’s hospitality and food industry.
Another historic moment will be the CAP Award Ceremony and Oath-taking of the Executive Committee at Al-Hamara, alongside the PICC 2026 Launch and the official inauguration of the Executive Chefs Club in Pakistan.
The week will also feature culinary displays by NCTP and the Chocolate Academy, along with advanced training sessions that will allow chefs and students to learn directly from international experts.
This entire program is being arranged by the Chefs’ Association of Pakistan (CAP) and its strategic partner, the College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM), in a joint effort to bring global culinary excellence to Pakistan.
This five-day program represents a milestone in Pakistan’s culinary journey, bringing together global experience, industry innovation, and new opportunities for international collaboration.
