Pakistani Cuisine Day Guests Visit Chocolate Academy

As part of the celebrations of Pakistani Cuisine Day on August 29, 2025, all distinguished guests, accompanied by Ahmad Shafiq, CEO of COTHM, visited the Chocolate Academy. They were warmly welcomed by Zainab Shafiq, who introduced them to the academy’s training and innovation environment.

The visiting delegation included Dr. Rick Stephen, Vice President of Worldchefs, Mel Nathan, CEO Executive Chefs Club Australia, Chef Mohammad Raees from the USA, and the Iranian Chef Delegation comprising Armin Azizi, Nishteman Tokmehchi Savjbolagh, Sogand Mosavi, Mohammad Ateshany, Ali Aghanezhad, Akram Asadi, and Laya Babaei.

During the visit, participants and international guests had the opportunity to taste a wide variety of chocolates and bakery items crafted by students. The visitors highly praised the creativity, flavor, and presentation of the products, especially appreciating the exceptional skills students had developed within just four months of training.

The visit concluded with a collective group photograph featuring all the guests, participants of Pakistani Cuisine Day, and the academy’s talented students—marking a proud moment of recognition for Pakistan’s emerging young chocolatiers and bakers.
