Pakistan’s delegation from COTHM and the Chefs Association of Pakistan is making an impressive impact at the ongoing Delicious Uzbekistan International Culinary Championship. Three talented participants—Waseem Sajjad, Aliya Nadeem, and Hasan Raza—have already earned Silver Medals in their professional categories, giving the team a strong and confident start.

Waseem Sajjad and Hasan Raza excelled in the Red Meat & Fish professional categories. Their refined techniques, well-balanced flavors, and ability to perform under pressure earned recognition from the judges and appreciation from international participants.

Aliya Nadeem also delivered a standout performance, securing Silver in her professional category with a dish that reflected creativity, balance, and impressive technical control. Her achievement adds momentum to the team’s ongoing participation.
