Preparing quality fast food at home

If fast food is eaten once a week and exercise or walking is also done, its harms can be eliminated or limited. One of the best solutions is to prepare fast food at home; in this way, you can satisfy your and your family’s desire to eat fast food by using high-quality ingredients and clean oil. Since most of the time is spent at home due to the coronavirus, the whole family can enjoy preparing fast food. Below are some recipes for some commonly eaten fast foods.

Whenever one feels like eating something different from the daily meals, the first thing that comes to mind is the thought of eating fast food. By the way, the foods included in fast food are liked by people of all ages, but the youth and children are especially fond of them. Many times, even if the heart does not feel like eating something or the stomach is full, most people cannot stop themselves from eating fast food when it comes in front of them. It is said that fast food is not beneficial for health, the main reason for which is the fat-based ingredients used in it and our lifestyle.

Crispy Burger

Required ingredients:

Chicken (boneless) – half a kilo

Black pepper – one teaspoon

Mustard powder – one teaspoon

Salt – one teaspoon

Chinese salt (Ajinomoto) – 1.5 teaspoon

Worcestershire sauce – 2 tablespoons

Oil – as needed

For the batter:

Flour – 2 teaspoons

Baking powder – one-quarter teaspoon

Corn flour – 2 tablespoons

Egg. One egg.

Rice flour – 2 tablespoons

cold water as needed

Salt – half a teaspoon

For coating:

Cornflakes – one cup

Breadcrumbs – one cup

Chips – One cup

Burger bun. As required.

Mayonnaise – to taste

Salad leaves – as needed

Cheese slice – to taste

Recipe:

Marinate the chicken with all the spices for 24 hours. To make the batter, mix all the ingredients together to make a thick batter. For the breadcrumbs, toast the slices of fresh bread in a pan and cool them. Then grind them and fill them in a burri. Mix all the ingredients together to make a coating.

Now dip the marinated chicken in the batter and coat it with the prepared coating. Now heat the oil and fry it until it turns golden brown. Cut the burger bun into two pieces and spread mayonnaise on it. Then place the chicken, salad leaves and cheese slices. Serve the crispy burger hot with chili sauce and ketchup
