Restaurant Service Excellence Steals the Spotlight at PNHC 2025

The Pakistan NextGen Hospitality Challenge 2025 (PNHC 2025), held at Flatti’s Hotel in Lahore, continued to prove itself a milestone event in the country’s hospitality, tourism, and hotel management landscape. Designed to spotlight emerging talent and bridge academia with industry, PNHC 2025 provided young students from across all COTHM campuses with the opportunity to showcase their expertise across six major categories of hospitality.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ahmad Shafiq, Founder, President & CEO of COTHM, highlighted the importance of this field:
“Food and beverage service is not just about meals—it is about shaping experiences. The performance of our young participants shows that Pakistan’s future in global hospitality is bright and full of promise.”

Among these, the Food & Beverage / Restaurant Service category stood out as one of the most vibrant and dynamic competitions. As the backbone of the hospitality industry, food and beverage services are more than just dining—they are about creating memorable experiences, building cultural connections, and reflecting the heart of hospitality. The competition celebrated the creativity, precision, and professionalism of students as they displayed exceptional standards of service and innovation.

Awards in this category were presented by Ahmad Shafiq, who praised the participants for their dedication and commitment to excellence.
