Sadaf Zafar, Additional Secretary of Tourism, visited the College of Tourism and Hotel Management (COTHM), where she was warmly welcomed by the Founder, President, and CEO, Ahmad Shafiq.

During her visit, Sadaf Zafar was given a detailed tour of the campus, where culinary students showcased their international-standard skills through a live demonstration. Appreciating their performance, Ahmad Shafiq remarked, “These are the future shining stars and the positive face of Pakistan.

She also visited the COTHM Library, where she praised the impressive and diverse book collection, describing it as an international-level resource center.

Later, Sadaf Zafar toured the Chocolate Academy, where CEO Zainab Ahmad Shafiq briefed her about the successful establishment of seven branches across Pakistan, dedicated to promoting professional chocolate craftsmanship.

Concluding her tour, she visited the FIKA Café, operated under the leadership of Zainab Ahmad Shafiq, and admired her vision, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit at such a young age.

At the end of the visit, Sadaf Zafar, Additional Secretary of Tourism, was presented with a commemorative shield as a token of appreciation for her visit and valuable encouragement toward promoting excellence in hospitality, tourism, and culinary education in Pakistan.
