At the launch of Pakistani Cuisine Day on August 29, 2025, a special balloon releasing ceremony was held to symbolize unity, celebration, and the spirit of culinary diplomacy. The balloons carried the monograms of Worldchefs and the Chefs’ Association of Pakistan (CAP), representing the strong collaboration between national and international culinary communities.
The ceremony was joined by distinguished guests including Ahmad Shafiq, CEO COTHM, Dr. Rick Stephen, Vice President Worldchefs, Mel Nathan, CEO Executive Chefs Club Australia, and Chef Mohammad Raees from the USA, who supervised the overall activity.
