U.S. Diplomat Praises Chocolate Academy’s Role in Empowering Pakistan’s Next Generation

The third day of the Pakistani Cuisine Week Celebration 2025 took a delightful turn when U.S. Consulate General’s Public Engagement Officer, Ms. Raquel King-Nicodemus, visited the renowned Chocolate Academy, a flagship institution known for redefining the standards of baking and confectionery education in Pakistan.

Welcomed by CEO Ms. Zainab Ahmad Shafiq, the Chief Guest received an insightful briefing on the Academy’s advanced training systems, global-standard curriculum, and its mission to empower the youth through modern culinary education. She learned how the Academy is equipping students with high-demand skills, professional discipline, and international-level competencies.

During her interactive tour, Ms. King-Nicodemus engaged directly with the students, asking them questions about chocolate tempering, flavor balancing, creative techniques, and the science behind confectionery arts. The students confidently responded, showcasing their knowledge and the high-quality training they receive at the Academy.

She also sampled freshly prepared chocolates and bakery creations made by the students, praising their craftsmanship, flavour profiles, and presentation. She commended the Chocolate Academy as a visionary institution, uplifting the young generation and preparing them for opportunities both within the country and across global markets.
