COTHM and Diet Studio Celebrate World Food Safety Day with Engaging Activities

The College of Tourism and Hotel Management (COTHM), in collaboration with Diet Studio, celebrated World Food Safety Day with a vibrant and educational event aimed at raising awareness among dietetics students about the importance of food safety practices.

The event featured a series of informative sessions led by renowned food and diet experts, who covered various aspects of food safety, including food handling, hygiene standards, and nutrition-related health risks. The interactive format provided students with practical knowledge and real-world insights into maintaining food safety across different environments.

Adding a creative touch to the celebration, a painting competition was organized, where students artistically expressed the significance of safe and hygienic food. The artwork reflected their understanding and commitment to promoting food safety as future professionals.

The event concluded with a certificate and gift distribution ceremony, appreciating the enthusiastic participation of the students. Cheezious and MarryGold served as active partners, supporting the event and engaging attendees with their presence and offerings.

This initiative reflects COTHM’s ongoing commitment to promoting professional excellence and public awareness in food and nutrition sectors.
