Omani Bikers Visit Pakistan to Strengthen Tourism and Cultural Ties: Rana Sanaullah

A delegation of bikers from Oman, representing the Bousher Biker Club, is set to embark on a goodwill tour of Pakistan from June 20 to July 2, 2025. The visit is part of a broader initiative to enhance bilateral relations between Pakistan and Oman, with a particular focus on promoting tourism and cultural exchange.

The bikers will travel through the northern regions of Pakistan, exploring the country’s natural beauty, including its mountains, lakes, and valleys. Their journey aims to showcase Pakistan as a secure and welcoming destination for international tourists, while also fostering direct engagement with local communities.

Adviser Rana Sanaullah, commenting on the visit, emphasized that this initiative is a reflection of Pakistan’s growing appeal as a tourism destination and a testament to improved security conditions. He noted that such visits not only strengthen people-to-people ties but also help reshape Pakistan’s global image through cultural diplomacy.

The Omani bikers’ tour is part of ongoing efforts to expand cooperation between Pakistan and Oman in tourism, trade, and cultural sectors. It aligns with other bilateral engagements, including trade delegations and joint cultural initiatives, that aim to deepen mutual understanding and collaboration.

Public discussions around the visit have been largely positive, highlighting both the potential of Pakistan’s tourism industry and the need for infrastructural improvements to support sustained growth. While the natural and cultural richness of the country is widely recognized, voices from the community point to the importance of better roads and amenities to fully realize this potential.

The visit of the Omani bikers marks a meaningful step in strengthening tourism diplomacy, projecting Pakistan as a destination of choice in the region and reinforcing the shared cultural ties between the two nations.
