Iranian President Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian concluded his two-day official visit to Pakistan and departed for home on Sunday. He was seen off at Nur Khan Airbase by Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar, who presented the distinguished guest with an album of photographs from his visit. Federal Minister Riaz Hussain Pirzada was also present on the occasion. President Pezeshkian expressed gratitude to the Government of Pakistan for the warm welcome and generous hospitality extended to him during his stay.
During his visit, the Iranian President held meetings with President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and other senior officials. The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral relations, as well as reviewing regional and global developments. The visit also witnessed the signing of several agreements and memorandums of understanding to enhance cooperation in various sectors. Additionally, the Pakistan-Iran Business Forum was convened, where both sides deliberated on ways to boost bilateral trade.
