Several competition categories, including Hotel System Transformation, Sales and Marketing Management, and Strategic Thinking in Hospitality, incorporated AI-driven concepts, encouraging students to think beyond conventional methods and adopt future-ready solutions.
Participants presented projects focusing on AI-powered customer engagement, smart booking systems, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency, showcasing how technology can enhance both guest satisfaction and business performance.
