Empowering Future Talent: TDCP Managing Director Asim Raza Visits Chocolate Academy Pakistan

Chocolate Academy Pakistan had the privilege of welcoming Asim Raza, Managing Director of the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP), for an inspiring visit highlighting the importance of skill development, culinary excellence, and youth empowerment.

Upon his arrival, Ahmad Shafiq, Founder, President & CEO of COTHM Pakistan, warmly welcomed the distinguished guest and gave him a comprehensive tour of the academy’s state-of-the-art training facilities. During the visit, Asim Raza observed live demonstrations by students, who showcased their creativity and technical expertise in pastry, chocolate artistry, baking, and dessert preparation.

The Managing Director appreciated the students’ professionalism, innovation, and craftsmanship, commending Chocolate Academy Pakistan for nurturing future culinary professionals through internationally aligned, hands-on education. He emphasized that institutions dedicated to practical skills play a vital role in strengthening Pakistan’s hospitality, tourism, and food industries.

A special highlight of the visit was Asim Raza’s interaction with participants of the Chocolate Academy Summer Camp, where young children enthusiastically demonstrated their creativity while learning the fundamentals of baking, pastry, and chocolate making. He praised the academy’s efforts to introduce children to culinary arts at an early age, encouraging creativity, confidence, and lifelong learning through engaging educational experiences.
