During the workshop, participants learned the fundamentals of gluten-free food preparation, including ingredient selection, recipe development, safe food handling practices, and techniques for producing nutritious gluten-free products suitable for individuals with gluten intolerance and those seeking healthier dietary options.
The interactive session provided valuable practical training, allowing participants to enhance their culinary and food safety skills under professional guidance. The workshop also highlighted the growing demand for gluten-free products in the food industry and emphasized the importance of innovation in healthy food preparation.
