COTHM Pakistan and COTHM Global UK have unveiled COTHM Vision 2030, an ambitious five-year strategic roadmap designed to transform COTHM into a globally connected human-capital, hospitality, tourism, and skills-development platform.
Announced under the leadership of Ahmad Shafiq, Founder, President and CEO of COTHM Global UK, the roadmap for 2026–2030 focuses on preparing Pakistani talent for global employment, entrepreneurship, and leadership opportunities.
Guided by the philosophy, “Every Individual Is the Star of the Nation’s Destiny,” Vision 2030 aims to move beyond traditional education by connecting skills development directly with employment, career growth, and economic opportunities.
The strategy introduces five major shifts, including the transformation of COTHM from an education provider into a human-capital platform, the development of employer-driven programs, outcome-based career pathways, an integrated global ecosystem connecting Pakistan and the UK, and the use of AI and digital governance.
Key initiatives include the establishment of a Global Skills Mobility Unit to connect trained Pakistani professionals with verified international employers, particularly in the GCC, UK, and European markets. Other initiatives include the COTHM Leadership Academy, Policy and Research Centre, AI-based learning systems, and Entrepreneurship Academy.
The Vision also emphasizes Pakistan’s hospitality, tourism, and professional skills as important tools for global workforce development and economic growth.
Implementation will begin through a 100-Day Action Plan, including the establishment of a Strategic Steering Committee, institutional performance benchmarking, the launch of the COTHM Employer Alliance, and pilot global mobility pathways.
COTHM Vision 2030 marks a new chapter in transforming Pakistani skills into global careers, sustainable enterprises, and international opportunities.
