Chefs Association of Pakistan (CAP) President and COTHM Founder/ President & CEO Ahmad Shafiq, a highly regarded culinary educator with extensive experience both in Pakistan and internationally, has been appointed as a member of Worldchefs’ ‘Education Committee & Worldchefs Academy’ under Worldchefs, the global network for professional chefs. This marks a significant achievement for Pakistan’s culinary education system and strengthens the country’s position in the global culinary landscape.
The Education Committee & Worldchefs Academy, chaired by Andreas Muller from Germany, is dedicated to improving and elevating culinary education worldwide. The committee’s primary goal is to identify, review, enhance, and support culinary schools, creating lifelong learning pathways, maintaining and enhancing culinary and hospitality skills, and developing multi-language educational opportunities in the fields of culinary arts and sustainability.
