The first low-cost airline in the area, Air Arabia Abu Dhabi, has announced that it will begin offering new, nonstop flights to Amman, Jordan.

The service will offer 3 flights each week beginning on March 12 between the cities, making it convenient for both business and pleasure tourists. The airline’s website, call centre, and travel bureaus all now accept reservations. According to Adel Al Ali, Group CEO of Air Arabia, the new route would give passengers the chance to visit the capital of Jordan.

Additionally, Etihad Airways, one of the top airlines operating in the UAE, will boost the number of flights it operates from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt. The airline will increase its daily frequency by 4 flights per week starting on May 1, bringing the total number of weekly flights to 11. A Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, with 28 seats in business class and 262 in economy class, will be used to fly the new routes.
