Diet Studio arranged ‘Nutrition & Health Level 3 Workshop’ the other day to educate the participants about the benefits of healthy eating habits. The 5-day workshop was a mix of theoretical knowledge and the hands-on learning experiences. The participants learnt potential food cooking skills through exact calorie count techniques.
Trainer/nutritionist/dietician/public speaker Ayesha Iftikhar talked on nutritional education and healthy eating while Chef Usama demonstrated on how to prepare healthy food substitutes in our daily life.
The trainers also taught the students about the techniques of developing the calorie counted recipes in a commercial unit.
