Member National Assembly of Pakistan, Shaista Pervez Malik visited Pakistan International Culinary Championship (PICC) and admired the taste of different dishes made by chefs. She was of the view that these are the chefs only who can conquer anybody’s heart through stomach.
She visited the championship venue on 2nd day of the event and said that chefs from all over the world who have come here will return to their countries having a positive and friendly image of Pakistan in their minds. These chefs will thus be brand ambassadors for promoting Pakistani cuisine and taste all over the world.
Organized by the Chefs’ Association of Pakistan and College of Tourism and Hotel Management (COTHM) and endorsed by World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS), the PICC was a three day event held between 14 to 16 March at Lahore Royal Palm Golf & Country Club. The event also attracted a large number of culinary professionals, students, hotel and restaurants GMs, and home chefs from all over the country.
