Chocolate Academy, College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) & Nestle Professionals hosted a two-day modern desserts workshop with international chocolatier and desserts chef Aravinda Leelarathna. The workshop was conducted in association with Khamisa Enterprises and was attended by a large number of professional chefs from different eateries.
The workshop covered a variety of topics, including the basics of modern desserts, different techniques for making desserts, and the latest trends in the desserts industry. Chef Leelarathna shared his expertise and knowledge with the participants, and they were able to learn a great deal about modern desserts.
At the end of the workshop, the participants and guests from the desserts industry witnessed an amazing display of desserts and tasted the items. A prize distribution ceremony was also held, and certificates were awarded to the participants.

Nestle Advisory Chef Hira Laique, and Khamisa Enterprises National Sales Manager Manoj Kumar were also present at the workshop. They spoke about the importance of modern desserts in the food industry and congratulated the participants on their achievements.
The workshop was a great success. It was a valuable learning experience for the participants, and it helped to promote the art of modern desserts in Pakistan.
