Diet Studio Hosts Healthy Cake Workshop at COTHM Calvary Ground

Diet Studio organised a special Cake Workshop at COTHM Calvary Ground, bringing together students and women interested in learning healthier approaches to baking and food preparation.

The workshop was conducted by Chef Ali, who guided participants through the preparation of a healthy and delicious cake while introducing them to practical techniques and alternative ingredients suitable for more health-conscious baking.

A large number of participants attended the session and actively engaged in the hands-on activities. One of the key highlights was the preparation of a Guilt-Free Diet Cake, allowing participants to explore how healthier ingredient choices and suitable alternatives can be incorporated into traditional cake recipes.

Throughout the workshop, participants received practical guidance on cake preparation along with useful tips related to healthy baking. The interactive format encouraged attendees to take part in different stages of the cake-making process, helping them gain practical knowledge that could be applied in their own kitchens.

The session also introduced participants to new concepts surrounding healthier food preparation, demonstrating that mindful ingredient selection can be incorporated into enjoyable baking experiences.

The workshop concluded with a cake-tasting activity, where participants sampled the cakes prepared during the session and shared their experience of the hands-on learning activity.

The initiative aimed to promote greater awareness of healthier food choices while demonstrating that nutritious food can also be appealing, enjoyable and flavourful.

Through such practical workshops, Diet Studio continues to create learning opportunities that connect healthy eating awareness with practical food preparation skills, giving participants the confidence to explore healthier alternatives in everyday baking.
