IUB holds a 3-day international tourism conference

The Islamia University Bahawalpur (IUB) Institute of Business, Management, and Administrative Sciences has started the three-day international conference on tourism, entrepreneurship, and business research on Thursday at the Baghdad-ul-Jeed Campus

The conference will feature up to 18 eminent speakers from universities in the UAE, Oman, France, Thailand, and Pakistan. During the inaugural session of the conference on tourism and entrepreneurship and business research, Athar Mahboob, vice chancellor of Islamia University Bahawalpur, praised the involvement of both domestic and foreign delegates.

The conference’s goal, according to him, is to examine the problems and opportunities in both the positive and negative parts of the Covid-19 outbreak. From there, business specialists will concentrate on brand-new research questions in tourism and business.

He claimed that the Covid-19 epidemic caused new tendencies to be observed at all levels throughout the globe, and that business matters were particularly significantly affected by the lockdown. Additionally, the global tourism industry was impacted.
