The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) made history at the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) 2025 by winning two major awards. The JF-17 Thunder Block-III earned the Spirit of the Meet Trophy for its exceptional performance and sleek design, completing a 6,000-km nonstop journey from Pakistan to the UK with multiple mid-air refuelings via a PAF IL-78 tanker.

Meanwhile, the C-130H Hercules captured the Concours d’Elegance Trophy for its striking livery, themed around “Eyes in the Skies,” showcasing Pakistan’s vigilance and operational heritage. The PAF contingent’s impressive display drew admiration from aviation experts and spectators worldwide.
