Chocolate Academy Pakistan celebrated its 5th Anniversary with great enthusiasm and pride, marking five years of excellence in pastry, chocolate, and culinary skill education. The grand ceremony brought together the entire Chocolate Academy family, including management, faculty members, chefs, students, alumni, and distinguished guests, to commemorate the institution’s remarkable journey and achievements.
The celebration commenced with the unveiling of the national flag of Pakistan alongside the Chocolate Academy flag, symbolizing the academy’s commitment to serving the nation through internationally recognized skill education. The ceremony continued with the reception of guests, followed by inspiring addresses from the academy’s leadership.
Addressing the gathering, Ms. Zainab Ahmad Shafiq, CEO of Chocolate Academy Pakistan, expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the faculty, management, and staff whose dedication has transformed Chocolate Academy into one of Pakistan’s leading institutions for pastry and chocolate education.
“This milestone belongs to every member of the Chocolate Academy family. Your passion, dedication, and commitment have helped us build an institution that delivers internationally recognized skill education and prepares future professionals for global success. Together, we will continue spreading sweetness through education, creativity, and excellence,” said Zainab Ahmad Shafiq.
She also paid tribute to her mentor, Mr. Ahmad Shafiq, Founder, President & CEO of COTHM International, acknowledging his visionary leadership and unwavering support in establishing Chocolate Academy as a center of excellence.
“I sincerely thank my mentor, Ahmad Shafiq, whose vision, guidance, and belief in skill education have inspired us to dream bigger and achieve greater heights. His leadership continues to shape the future of hospitality and culinary education in Pakistan,” she added.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ahmad Shafiq, Founder, President & CEO of COTHM International, congratulated the Chocolate Academy team on completing five successful years and praised their commitment to raising professional standards in pastry and chocolate education.
