Rotana is going to open its first hotel in Pakistan

Rotana has announced signing a franchise agreement with Signature Complex LLP in Islamabad to open its first property in Pakistan.

This agreement will see the development of the Signature Rotana under the prestigious Rotana Hotels & Resorts brand in the city. Once completed, this hotel, located in Islamabad, the dynamic capital of Pakistan, will add 522 keys to Rotana’s global portfolio. This property, comprising 378 hotel rooms and 144 branded residential apartments, will also introduce a state-of-the-art business center featuring six meeting rooms, a banquet hall, and a multipurpose venue. The hotel will include two specialty restaurants and a café. To enhance guest experiences, the hotel will offer various health and leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a dedicated spa, thermal facilities, and other lounges for self-care.
