Chefs Association of Pakistan (CAP) President, and College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) Pakistan and COTHM Global – UK Founder/President, & CEO Ahmad Shafiq warmly welcomed Dr. Rick Stephen, Vice President of Worldchefs, at the Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore, marking a significant moment for Pakistan’s culinary fraternity.

The reception highlighted the importance of global collaborations in the culinary sector, as Dr. Stephen’s visit aims to inspire and guide Pakistan’s aspiring chefs and trainers. Ahmad Shafiq presented Dr. Stephen with a bouquet of fresh flowers as a gesture of respect and hospitality, reinforcing COTHM’s commitment to international culinary excellence.

Dr. Stephen who is scheduled to lead the landmark Worldchefs Competition Seminars on August 25 and 26 will stay in Pakistan from August 23 to September 1, 2025. During the visit, Dr. Stephen would also engage closely with COTHM trainers and students, personally supervising their culinary activities and sharing expert insights.

On the occasion, Ahmad Shafiq thanked Dr. Stephen for visiting Pakistan and emphasized that his presence would help upskill professional standards and excellence within the country’s culinary community.
