The outstanding success of COTHM Johar Town Campus students at the Pastry & Bakery Chefs Baku Cup 2025 in Azerbaijan was proudly acknowledged at the Chefs Association of Pakistan (CAP) Membership Ceremony.

The team, led by Executive Director Mian Shahid Mehmood, had earlier won two bronze medals and two diploma certificates in Azerbaijan, marking Pakistan’s excellence on the global culinary stage. Their victory highlighted the rising talent of Pakistani culinary students in pastry and bakery arts.

At the CAP ceremony, their achievement was specially praised in the presence of Worldchefs Vice President Dr. Rick Stephen, Mel Nathan (Founder & President of the Executive Chefs Club, Australia), and the distinguished Iranian delegation.

The recognition not only celebrated the hard work and dedication of COTHM’s students but also symbolized Pakistan’s growing influence in international culinary education and competitions.
