Pakistan’s Culinary Champions Return Home: CAP & COTHM Shine at Culinaire Malaysia 2025

Pakistan’s culinary pride soared to new heights as the official delegation of the Chefs’ Association of Pakistan (CAP) and the College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) returned home after achieving remarkable success at Culinaire Malaysia 2025 and the Global Young Chef Challenge 2025.

Under the mentorship of Chef Tippu Imran and the supervision of Team Leader Mian Shahid Mehmood, the Pakistani delegation showcased international-standard skills and made the nation proud with a glittering haul of 5 bronze medals, 2 silver medals, 6 diplomas, and 12 certificates.

  • Amina Basit – Bronze Medal at Culinaire Malaysia

  • Sadaf Waseem – Bronze Medal at Culinaire Malaysia

  • Sidra Rasheed – Bronze Medal at Culinaire Malaysia

  • Ayesha Ali – 2 Silver Medals & 1 Bronze Medal at Culinaire Malaysia

  • Palwasha Qalandar – Diploma at Global Young Chef Challenge

Adding further prestige to Pakistan’s representation, Hassah Arshad participated as a rookie judge in the Global Chef Challenge, highlighting the trust and recognition that international culinary platforms place in Pakistani culinary experts.
