The third day of the Pakistani Cuisine Week Celebration 2025, organized by COTHM in collaboration with the Chefs Association of Pakistan (CAP), began with a distinguished inauguration by Ms. Raquel King-Nicodemus, Public Engagement Officer at the U.S. Consulate General. Her presence added international significance to the ongoing festivities, elevating the cultural diplomacy spirit of the event.
After officially inaugurating the third day, Ms. Raquel King-Nicodemus visited various cultural and culinary demonstrations representing the rich heritage of Pakistan’s provinces. She explored the,

cultural stalls, where students showcased traditional cuisines prepared with authentic regional techniques. Each stall reflected the unique identity, flavour profiles, and cultural charm of its respective province, offering a vibrant representation of Pakistan’s diversity.

The Chief Guest praised the efforts of the young chefs and students, appreciating how the event beautifully preserved and presented Pakistan’s culinary traditions while strengthening cultural understanding. She commended COTHM and CAP for creating a platform that not only highlights the nation’s gastronomic richness but also promotes a positive global image.

Day 3 attracted a strong crowd of visitors who engaged with the colourful displays, traditional setups, and flavour-packed dishes. The organizers reiterated that Pakistani Cuisine Week will continue its celebrations until the eagerly awaited Grand Finale on November 20, 2025, at Alhamra Arts Council, where the most talented young chefs will compete for top honours.
She also enjoyed a special cultural horse-riding demonstration, which added a traditional and festive touch to the celebrations. The performance highlighted Pakistan’s historic connection to equestrian culture, and Ms. Raquel King-Nicodemus appreciated the skill, elegance, and cultural significance showcased through the activity.

The ongoing celebrations are successfully positioning Pakistani Cuisine Week 2025 as a major cultural and culinary showcase, promoting food heritage, regional pride, and gastronomic tourism across the country.
