COTHM Main Campus had the privilege of hosting Chef Mian Saqib Jahangir for an engaging and insightful session on the revival of Pakistani cuisine. His lecture explored the evolution of local food culture, from rich Mughal influences to the bold and vibrant spirit of contemporary street food.
