Chef Raees, Vice President of International Affairs at the Chefs’ Association of Pakistan, recently conducted an in-depth awareness session on participation in the Pakistan International Culinary Championship (PICC) 2026. The session aimed to guide aspiring chefs, culinary students, and professional participants on registration, category selection, and strategies for competing in one of the country’s most prestigious culinary platforms.

During the session, Chef Raees provided detailed insights into the competition structure, judging standards, preparation strategies, and professional conduct expected at an international-level championship. He addressed both newcomers and experienced chefs, ensuring clarity for students while offering advanced guidance for seasoned professionals.

A large number of students from across the nation participated in the session oilne as well as onsite , alongside industry leaders and culinary experts, reflecting strong interest and confidence in the initiative.
