The College of Tourism and Hotel Management (COTHM), in strategic partnership with the Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC), is set to host a high-level seminar in Islamabad titled “Innovation in Aviation and the Business Economy of Pakistan.” The seminar aims to bring together key voices from the aviation, tourism, and business sectors to discuss future-focused strategies for strengthening Pakistan’s aviation industry and its contribution to the national economy.

The seminar will feature a panel discussion addressed by Industry Express, with participation from six prominent industry stakeholders. The discussion will focus on innovation-driven decision-making, policy improvement, and practical measures to enhance aviation operations, safety awareness, and long-term sustainability. Special emphasis will be placed on the role of aviation in economic growth, tourism development, and regional connectivity.

COTHM has become the first Pakistani institute to secure affiliation with UN Tourism, marking a historic achievement for Pakistan’s education and tourism sector.
